British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a ‘historic G20 Summit’ as he cleared out for the UK after the two-day conference in Delhi.
On the last day of the G20 summit, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the G20 summit in a post on Twitter (once) while leaving for the UK. And Rishi Sunak thanked Indians for the “warm welcome” and said India and Britain are “more united, more united”.
He wrote, “Stronger together. More grassroots groups connected together. Thank you, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for a memorable G20 and the Indian people for such a warm welcome.”
Speaking at the G20 summit, he said, “From worldwide nutrition security to global organizations, this has been a dynamic but fruitful summit.”
Sharing a similar message on Instagram, he said, “That’s exactly what the G20 was created for. Universal allies working together to handle global issues. To pay my respects to other world leaders this morning.” It was an honor for me to visit Akshardham Sanctuary and Rajghat.” ,
On the first day of the G20 summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Rishi Sunak on the sidelines of the summit and talked about ways to develop exchange ties and promote investments.
Rishi Sunak and his wife Akshata Murthy arrived in Delhi on Friday to attend the two-day G20 summit that began on Saturday.
His entry was warmly welcomed by Sangh Sevak Ashwini Kumar Choubey, who welcomed him with “Jai Siya Ram”. As a symbol of neighborliness, he was displayed with a Rudraksha Bindu, a copy of the Bhagavad Gita, and a Hanuman Chalisa.
