Bharat Petroleum’s Potential Alliance with Reliance and IOCL for Venezuelan Oil
India’s state-owned oil refiner, Bharat Petroleum Corp., may be the most recent to join the list of nearby companies buying Venezuelan oil after the US lifted sanctions in October.
BPCL is looking at buying Venezuelan oil, its head of refineries, Sanjay Khanna, said at an occasion on Wednesday.
