Self-styled otherworldly master Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, famously known as Bageshwar Dham Baba or Maharaj, on Monday denied withdrawing his comments that had disturbed Christian bunches in Punjab. Jatinder Gaurav of the Worldwide Christian Activity Committee charged that Shastri had utilized a deprecatory word and requested that the police enroll a case. “Baba has come from outside and is attempting to disturb the peace in Punjab. He is focusing on the word… wherever he goes in Punjab, focusing on the Christian community. We have been told by the police that fitting lawful action will be taken on our complaint. We are going to escalate our dissent on the off chance that no action is taken,” Gaurav added.
